A note about delays and detours:
If a bus becomes delayed due to traffic conditions or other factors, the arrival predictions will be adjusted accordingly. When viewing arrival times by stop, buses more than 30 minutes away from the stop will not be displayed.
This vehicle tracker is currently in the first stage of implementation and does not have all the features that the full real-time system will eventually have. For example, this tracker cannot display bus detours. If a bus goes off its normal routing (whether as part of a planned detour or due to an unexpected traffic condition), it will be removed from the tracker until it returns to regular routing. We encourage Port Authority riders to sign up for email notification of planned detours or call Customer Service for assistance.
Buses will be removed from the tracker if they are taken out of service due to a break-down or other issue. In the event that a bus stops transmitting data to our servers, it will not appear on this website, even though it is in service.
